Meet Nicole

Nicole moved to beautiful and historic St Augustine in January of 2020. Prior to moving to America’s oldest continuously inhabited city, Nicole and her family lived on the opposite coast in gorgeous San Diego, California. That’s where Nicole attained her real estate license for the first time in 2016. She’s had a passion for being of service and a strong work ethic since she was in her 20’s, working as a manager at several Nordstrom stores. That passion for providing excellent service as well as building lasting relationships was a great foundation for Nicole’s thriving career in real estate. She’s dedicated to facilitating smooth transactions for both buyers and sellers and understands the importance of listening to her customer’s needs and desires to ensure that transactions go as seamless as possible.

Since moving to the first coast, Nicole has poured herself into getting to know the area as well as the amazing people in it. One of the things that Nicole values the most in life is the relationships that she builds. Whether it’s family or friendships, she deeply values the importance of caring for those in her life. If you ask her what she loves most about Florida she’ll tell you that it’s the people! Nicole has built relationships with many neighbors, business associates and non-profits throughout Jacksonville and St Augustine. Her extensive knowledge of the area, understanding of the real estate market and engagement in staying current with it’s trends and fluctuations make her an agent who’s prepared to guide you through your real estate transactions. 

Nicole has been married to her husband TJ since 2018. They say that they feel like they’re still on their honeymoon! They share a wonderful blended family that includes 5 amazing grown children that live in 3 different states across the country. Luckily Nicole loves to travel! She also enjoys volunteering, golfing with her husband, dancing, her movie-diva group, water aerobics, the beach, decorating, and making orchid, succulent and herb gardens. She delights in embracing her creative side and has an extensive background in event planning, a role she adeptly manages for Dogwood Realty alongside her role as a real estate agent.
